Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to stipulate basic matters such as rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures between the company and members in relation to the use of all services provided by TickKit (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
- Service: Refers to all functions of TickKit (to-do management, reward system, etc.) that members can use through terminals (mobile, tablet, etc.).
- Member: Refers to a user who agrees to these terms and conditions and uses the service.
- Subscription (Paid Service): Refers to using the premium functions of the service (unlimited child addition, advanced statistics, etc.) for a certain period through regular payments.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms)
- These terms and conditions take effect by being posted within the service or by notifying members by other methods.
- The company may change the terms and conditions in accordance with changes in laws or operational needs and will notify members 7 days prior to the date of application (30 days prior for changes unfavorable to members).
Article 4 (Account Management and Member Registration)
- Member registration is easily performed through external platform account linkage (Social Login) such as Apple and Google.
- Members cannot transfer or rent their account information to others, and the responsibility for account management lies with the member themselves.
- Use of the service may be restricted if you infringe on the rights of others or use inappropriate nicknames/profiles.
Article 5 (Subscription Service and Payment)
- Payment Method: The subscription service usage fee is charged through the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google) account registered by the member.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same period and amount unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current use period.
- Subscription Management: Members can set for subscription cancellation and automatic payment termination at any time through the terminal's account settings (Apple ID/Google account) or the subscription management page of each store.
- Free Trial: If a free trial period is provided, payment will occur by switching to a regular subscription if not cancelled up to 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Refund Policy: Payments and refunds follow the store operation policies of Apple and Google. Direct refund processing within the app is impossible and must be done through the relevant store's customer support.
Article 6 (Provision and Suspension of Service)
- In principle, service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round.
- However, service provision may be temporarily suspended in the event of inevitable reasons such as system inspection, error correction, or natural disasters.
Article 7 (Personal Information Protection)
The service strives to protect members' personal information, and detailed matters follow a separate [Privacy Policy].
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
- The company is exempted from liability if it cannot provide the service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
- The company is not responsible for obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to the member.
- Data Preservation: The company does not guarantee permanent preservation of data entered by members (to-dos, reward records, etc.). The company is not responsible for data loss due to device changes, app deletion, server synchronization errors, etc., unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the company. (Backup of important data is recommended.)
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms are regulated and implemented by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits concerning disputes arising in connection with the use of the service shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
